For the past three years, I have had the privilege of serving as the Head Esports Coach at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. While achievements such as winning stats and trophies are commendable, my greatest satisfaction lies in successfully orchestrating the strategic transition of the Esports club into a full-time program. This involved demonstrating the value of securing dedicated broadcasting space, establishing a robust public presence through social media engagement, and intensifying recruitment efforts across the Midwest high school scene.
